• Refunds for plscall.me calls are eligible within 24 hours of the call being ordered, provided you did not accept the call. If the call has been accepted for over 20s, no refund will be provided.
• Subscription fees for plscall.me are non-refundable to reflect the immediate access to all subscription benefits upon payment. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and no further charges will be incurred from the next billing cycle.
• To initiate a refund, contact our support team at [plscall.me@gmail.com](mailto:plscall.me@gmail.com) with your account details and proof of purchase. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to be processed.
• Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment. If the original method of payment is unavailable, we will work with you to find an alternative refund method.
